By accessing or using Tarzan SwingBot ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Tarzan SwingBot is a software tool that executes automated swing-trading strategies on exchange accounts that you control. It supports crypto trading on VALR and US stock trading on Alpaca. The Service does not custody funds, hold assets, or act as a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary. All trades are placed through your own API credentials with the relevant broker or exchange.
Trading cryptocurrencies and equities carries substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all capital you allocate. Crypto markets trade continuously and can be highly volatile; equity markets are subject to market-hours, holiday, and early-close rules. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for selecting markets, brokers, risk parameters, position sizes, and reviewing bot activity. We do not guarantee profitability, capital preservation, or execution at any specific price.
Tarzan SwingBot is a software tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Any strategy, backtest result, or historical performance shown in the Service is illustrative only and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
You must maintain valid accounts with VALR and/or Alpaca, as applicable, and provide API credentials that the Service uses to place orders on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure, enabling two-factor authentication where available, restricting key permissions to the minimum required, and revoking or regenerating keys if you suspect compromise. You remain bound by the terms of service of VALR, Alpaca, and any other broker or exchange you connect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarzan SwingBot, its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any trading losses, account losses, stolen funds, unauthorised transactions, missed opportunities, data loss, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes losses caused by market volatility, broker or exchange downtime, API errors, delayed or rejected orders, incorrect configuration by you, third-party security breaches, or bugs or downtime of the Service.
You acknowledge that automated trading systems can fail, misprice, or execute unintended orders, and you agree to monitor your accounts and use paper/demo mode until you are satisfied the strategy behaves as expected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarzan SwingBot and its representatives from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including legal costs) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, your broker accounts, or any violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every broker configuration.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your broker keys and deleting your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
