You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and your VALR API keys. Two-factor authentication is required. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarzan SwingBot, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
