This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 ("PAIA"). It describes the records held by Tarzan SwingBot and how requests for access may be made. The Service supports both cryptocurrency trading through VALR and US stock trading through Alpaca, and records may relate to either or both markets depending on your account configuration.
All PAIA requests should be addressed to the Information Officer at hello@tarzanswingbot.ai.
Requests must be made on the prescribed form (Form 02) issued by the South African Human Rights Commission. Submit the completed form, sufficient identification, and the prescribed fee (where applicable) to the Information Officer.
We will respond to PAIA requests within 30 days of receipt of a valid request, in accordance with section 56 of PAIA.
Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including the protection of third-party personal information, commercial information, confidential records, and information that would prejudice the security of the Service or connected broker accounts.
A requester may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or apply to a competent court if access is refused.
